Teresa Salazar brings over 14 years of HR experience and is responsible for the appeal, engagement, development, and experience of CSG’s most important advantage– its people. She values teamwork, integrity, and building relationships while creating a fun workplace.
Prior to joining CSG, she managed the Human Resources function in small to mid-size companies in industries including healthcare and marketing services. Over the past ten years, Teresa has played a critical role in enabling the company to be the ultimate team. With her passion being around culture.
Teresa earned a master’s degree in Management & Organization Leadership from Warner Pacific College, in Portland. She resides in San Diego, CA supporting all seven of CSG’s offices across their 11 state footprint.
