How do I view my account for multiple sites as a Subscriber on MPower?

Branch level access will use a Subscriber login and is active by default. If you need to put an account on test from the portal please email RemoteView@cooksecuritygroup.com. Dealer logins will only be assigned to people in your organization that are approved to have administrator level access to all alarmed locations. If you need a dealer login please email RemoteView@cooksecuritygroup.com.

To create a Subscriber Group please open a ticket with CSG support listing the accounts you wish to include in the group. You will then be provided a group name and passcode.
