At Cook Solutions Group (CSG) we are all about service and fulfillment following one motto, “We Make it Happen!”  Our goal is to maximize customer efficiencies by helping increase revenue, reduce operational costs, and enhance consumer experience.

Founded in 2002, CSG has grown each year to date, both in employee headcount and overall gross revenue.  We are where technology meets people, utilizing the best in technology to remotely fix, patch, and protect from our centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) while providing a massive 11 state technician footprint and National VAR network.  Maintaining a high retention rate and winning multiple Top 100 Companies to Work for awards, this allows us to attract the most talented and enthusiastic employees with a “We Make it Happen” attitude.

CSG’s primary technology solutions are covered in our interactive create a branch page including alarm, video, access control, ATM/ITM, TCR, middleware, drive-ups, safes, full line of remote managed & professional services, patent-pending suspicious activity notification, any of which you can bundle together then manage via Cook Command Center, a secure web interface allowing access anytime, anywhere on any device.  We also provide extensive risk assessments and protect over 1,000 financial institutions, data/ops centers, and commercial facilities equating to over 22,970 locations.

Our Timeline.

2002

Brian Cook founds CSG. Operating under the name Cook Security Group, this earlier version of CSG focused on physical and electronic security.

2006

We expand our services to include selling and servicing ATMs in a larger, multi-state footprint.

2008

We launched the Cook Community Builders Program.

2009

CSG develops RemoteView, a service designed to increase their ability to service and monitor ATM and video survelilance products

2012

We step up our game by adding an annual SOC 2 Type Audit.

2014

CSG adds Interactive Teller (ITM) to its solutions suite.

2018

CSG builds new state of the art Headquarters and Technology Center.

2019

Piko VMS is born, the future of surveillance.

Located in a beautiful part of the country, the Eastern Washington team covers one of our largest territories including the Tri-Cities in central Washington, Spokane, Cour'delaine Idaho, and the entire state of Montana including Missoula, Billings, Bozeman, Great Falls, Butte & Kalispell.

Cook Solutions Group (CSG) was founded in Oregon, May of 2002. Created out of the bankruptcy of former security giant, Mosler. Brian Cook was the General Manager of Mosler’s Oregon branch.  After their demise, several Oregon Bank and Credit Union customers begged Cook to still take care of their service. These financial institutions shared that it wasn’t Mosler, but Cook’s “make it happen” approach that was the reason they did business with him. Our Arizona team and technicians cover the 113,990 square miles of mountains and plateaus, sprawling cities, deserts, and deep canyons in the region. The Arizona territory is managed and covered by the Southern California Center (SoCal) which started in 2014 in a small garage in Carlsbad, California. As a young branch for Cook Solutions Group (CSG), we continue to grow exponentially in the last two years. Look to today, 2020 with over 21 technicians covering our California and Arizona footprint, we continue to build and deliver the trust, quality, and tailored services our customers have learned to expect from CSG.  We continue to specialize in security conversions, video optimization, large access control integration, and ATM installs and conversions with high-level 2nd line maintenance and service. The Colorado office opened up early in 2020 and is part of our Utah, Colorado, Wyoming (UCO) territory. Colorado, making up 104,094 square miles, notable diverse geography, and is exactly 1 mile high above sea level. Our UCO center territory opened in 2018 on the heels of customer acquisition, with several Cook customers expanding to these states.  With offices in both Salt Lake City, Utah, and Colorado Springs, just outside of Denver.  Our technician footprint has grown to 4 admin and 6 technicians located across the territory. Our Southern Idaho (SID) center office location opened in 2008 in Boise, Idaho, and covers the entire state and suburbs including cities like Twin Falls, Idaho Falls, Nampa & Meridian to name a few. The SID center location covers over 83,569 square miles of rugged, yet the largest unspoiled natural areas of the United States. Idaho features the deepest river gorge, 7,900 feet deep, in North America, known as Hells Canyon. Western Montana two-fifths consist of the Rocky Mountain Region while the other three-fifths in eastern Montana make up the Great Plains. The Montana Territory Location is covered by our Eastern Washington (EWIM) team. The (EWIM) Eastern Washington, Northern Idaho, Montana office started in 2007 and is based in Spokane, Washington. Our Nevada team and technicians cover the 110,577 square miles of deserts, mountains, and sprawling cities in the region.  The Nevada territory is managed and covered by our Northern California (CAN) team. The California-Nevada center was formed in late 2007 as Cook Solutions Group expanded its operations to California with a small office in Sacramento. The CAN team, like the rest of Cook Security Group, takes pride in providing customers with the latest and greatest technology while never losing sight of what sets us apart from the competition, our great customer service. The Cook Solutions Group Washington office was started in 2007 with two customers and three technicians (jack of all trades) in Auburn Washington. With the majestic picturesque Mount Rainier as the backdrop, General Manager Larry Sams tackled the Financial Institutions’ market that so badly needed an improvement not just in customer service but Service Level Agreements and technology. With the “We Make it happen” attitude Larry and the team won the loyalty and respect of more customers. In 2012 the Washington Team lead by then Daniel Smallwood moved into our much-anticipated larger new office and warehouse space where we currently reside in Kent, Washington where we continued to grow our staff and customer base. The office is now under the direction of General Manager Kari Havard. With over forty-one employees and growing, we continue to serve our customers in the financial and commercial industries. Ranging from ATM 1st and 2nd service line as well as ATM and ITM projects, Electronic and Physical Solutions Service as well as security projects. Cook Solutions Group strives to continuously seek the best in technology services and products to offer our customers. The Washington office prides itself on Making it Happen for our customers every day.

Our Utah, Colorado, Wyoming office opened in 2018 on the heels of customer acquisition, with several Cook customers expanding to these states.  Utah, one of the four corners, spans 84,899 square miles and is known for its natural diversity ranging from arid deserts with sand dunes to a lush pine forest in the beautiful mountain valleys.  With offices in both Salt Lake City, Utah, and Colorado Springs, just outside of Denver.  Our technician footprint has grown to four admin and six technicians located in remote cities across the state. Our EWIM office started in 2007 and is based in Spokane, Washington. From higher elevations and drier climates to the vast wilderness of stunning snow-peaked mountains and populated tourist destinations, the EWIM team has it made.  Located in a beautiful part of the country, the Eastern Washington team covers one of our largest territories including the Tri-Cities in central Washington, Spokane, Cour’delaine Idaho, and the entire state of Montana including Missoula, Billings, Bozeman, Great Falls, Butte & Kalispell. With such a large territory, we’ve made the commitment to placing (22+) technicians strategically located throughout the three state footprint and the majority of customers utilize our Remote Managed services to service any equipment that can be repaired or patched without sending a technician. This saves valuable time so technicians can focus only on the specific service calls that actually need a tech. Our product and service lines include ATM, ITM, TCR, Alarm, Access Control, Video Surveillance, Managed Services, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Professional Services, Server Hosting, Safes, Vaults, Night drops, Pneumatic Tube systems & drive-up units, lock work, key management, remote teller, mobile banking, video lending, cashless transactions, contactless solutions and much more.
