Our Locations Have A Story

The best security solutions in Arizona. Our Arizona team and technicians cover the 113,990 square miles of mountains and plateaus, sprawling cities, deserts, and deep canyons in the region. The Arizona territory is managed and covered by the Southern California Center (SoCal) which started in 2014 in a small garage in Carlsbad, California.

Fast forward to Mid-2015 they moved to our first office in Corona, California ahead of schedule. A significant Security and ATM Service agreement with a large credit union in El Centro, California three hours South East of Corona helped kick start our growth. We had five technicians, one office, and one reception desk to start out with, but we were on our way to cultivate this very large market.

Months and years flying by, our footprint continued to grow from the Mexican Border, up thru Los Angeles, North of Santa Barbara, and into Arizona. The vast service footprint and LA traffic, fires, and mudslides presented numerous challenges in meeting our Service Level Agreements but we have persevered and have continued to exceed our customer expectations every day.

With agreements and projects continuing to increase in our center we opened our second office in Monrovia, California in October of 2019.

As a young branch for Cook Solutions Group (CSG), we continue to grow exponentially in the last two years. Look to today, 2020 with over 21 technicians covering our California and Arizona footprint, we continue to build and deliver the trust, quality, and tailored services our customers have learned to expect from CSG.

We continue to specialize in security conversions, video optimization, large access control integration, and ATM installs and conversions with high-level 2nd line maintenance and service. To augment our growth we have even partnered with several CSG Certified local vendors, to handle larger projects and help us to continue to fulfill and deliver the best in class service in SoCal.

We provide first-line (FLM) and second-line (SLM) ATM maintenance and a full suite of managed services.

Covering Central Oregon in this wide, high desert vibrant bustling area is a dedicated team of technicians with the “we can make it happen” enthusiasm. This center is part of our Oregon Headquarters Center.

Cook Solutions Group (CSG) was founded in Oregon, May of 2002. Created out of the bankruptcy of former security giant, Mosler. Brian Cook was the General Manager of Mosler’s Oregon branch. After their demise, several Oregon Bank and Credit Union customers begged Cook to still take care of their service. These financial institutions shared that it wasn’t Mosler, but Cook’s “make it happen” approach that was the reason they did business with him.

Fast forward and CSG has grown each year to date, both in employee headcount and geographical footprint. We are where Technology meets People, utilizing the best in technology to remotely fix, patch, and protect from our centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) at our National Headquarters in Portland, Oregon, while providing a massive 11 state technician footprint and National VAR network.

Maintaining a high retention rate and winning multiple Top 100 Companies to Work for awards, this allows us to attract the most talented and enthusiastic employees with a “We Make it Happen” attitude.

Our product and service lines include ATM, ITM, TCR, Alarm, Access Control, Video Surveillance, Managed Services, SaaS, Cybersecurity, Professional Services, Server Hosting, Safes, Vaults, Night drops, Pneumatic Tube systems & drive-up units, lock work, key management, remote teller, mobile banking, video lending, cashless transactions, contactless solutions and much more.

We provide first-line (FLM) and second-line (SLM) ATM maintenance and a full suite of managed services.

ATM maintenance is divided into two main categories: First-Line Maintenance (FLM) and Second-Line Maintenance (SLM).

First-Line Maintenance (FLM):

Second-Line Maintenance (SLM):

  • Necessitates high-level assistance from skilled technicians or tech support groups.
  • Entails complicated fixes and might involve software updates and handling more complex technical problems.
  • Usually carried out by expert service professionals.
