Our Benefits.

Medical Insurance

Cook provides medical insurance and pays 100% insurance premiums for Full-Time employees and pays 50% premiums for dependents. Health care benefits include free preventative care services and coverage for prescription drugs.

Paid Time-Off

Full-time Employees immediately begin accruing PTO. First full year of accrual is thirteen days off and may carry over up to 40 hours of the PTO from year to year.

401 (K) Plan

Cook provides a 401(k) match and invests in a 401(k) advisor and committee to assist employees with their retirement

Cook Community Builders Program

Full-Time employees receive 16 hours of paid time for volunteering. It is an opportunity to give back to your community and lend a hand while getting paid.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Cook’s EAP program assists employees and their eligible dependents with personal services, including: emotional well-being, family and relationships, legal and financial matters, healthy lifestyles, work and life transitions.

Tuition Assistance Program

We support continuing education for all our employees and have a tuition reimbursement program for all eligible courses. Full-Time technicians interested in obtaining a state required Limited Energy License are eligible to apply for the LEA/WA 06 program to receive 100% full sponsorship for books, classes, license and testing fees.

Short-Term Disability

As an active employee of Cook, you have access to disability insurance plans and Cook covers 100% short-term disability coverage for Full-Time employees.

Flexible Spending Account

FSAs are designed to save you money on your taxes. Each pay period, funds are deducted from your pay on a pretax basis and are deposited to your Health Care and/or Dependent Care FSA.

Health Savings Account

HSAs are a great way to save for qualified medical expenses using pretax money. Cook contributions funds to your HSA plan. Employee and dependents are given $1600 and Employee Only are provided with $800.

Paid Holidays

Full-Time employees receive “Holiday Pay” for seven recognized banking holidays. These include New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day & Christmas Day.

Employee Discounts through LifeMart

Enjoy discounts through our ADP system, a member savings platform, that provides discounts on everyday products and services that add up to a lifetime of saving.

Voluntary Disability Insurance

Voluntary insurance plans are also offered and include Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance, Voluntary Term Life, Voluntary Critical Illness, and Voluntary Accident Insurance.

Dental Insurance

Cook offers dental insurance and pays 100% of the insurance premium to Full-Time employees, and 50% for dependent coverage.

Vision Insurance

Cook offers optional vision coverage for employees and their dependents.
