Meet CSG | Experience Our Culture | Allison Duffey

In this Meet CSG culture spotlight, Allison Duffey — ATM Service and Project Manager for CSG's Oregon admin team — shares what it means to work at a company that supports you not just as an employee, but as a person.

Family Support from Day One

Allison speaks candidly about one of the things she's most passionate about in life: being a mother. When she was expecting her first child, she worried — as many first-time parents do — about whether she'd be able to balance career and family. From the moment she told her manager she was pregnant, she felt supported. Today, she describes her son as being as much a part of the CSG family as she is.

That support isn't unique to Allison's experience. CSG's culture of backing working parents is something she's seen extend to many others across the company — and it's a big part of what keeps her there.

Community That Goes Beyond the Office

Allison is also proud to work somewhere that actively encourages community involvement. Through Cook Community Builders — CSG's employee volunteer and giving program — team members who volunteer on their own time for causes they care about are compensated by Cook for those hours.

For Allison, that means working with Store to Door, a program that provides grocery shopping assistance to people who aren't able to shop for themselves. Volunteers collect the items people need and deliver them — a simple but meaningful act of service.

A Place to Be Your Whole Self

Allison closes with a message that speaks to CSG's broader culture: if you want to exist in a space where you're free to have a fulfilling career and be a full person outside of it — where you feel encouraged to show up as whoever you are — this is the place to be.
