A Culture Built on Real Collaboration

Tyler describes CSG's culture as one where departments don't operate in silos. Everyone works together, and that spirit of collaboration flows directly from senior leadership. At CSG, management isn't hands-off — they're willing to get in the weeds alongside their teams, acknowledge where improvements can be made, and lead by example. For Tyler, that transparency is what makes the culture real rather than performative.

Community Support When It Mattered Most

Tyler and his wife own a women's boutique in Southern Oregon — and when wildfires devastated the region, they didn't hesitate. Many of the families who lost their homes were low-income and uninsured, losing not just their possessions but their clothes and basic necessities. Tyler and his wife put together care packages filled with clothing and essential items to distribute to affected families.

Cook Solutions Group supported that effort without question. CSG's backing of employees' community work — both through Cook Community Builders and through a culture that encourages people to show up for their neighbors — made it possible for Tyler to respond quickly and meaningfully.

Growing With the Company

Tyler closes by looking ahead. He doesn't anticipate leaving CSG anytime soon — and what excites him most is the growth ahead, both for himself and for his teammates as Cook continues to expand. At CSG, career growth and company growth aren't in tension. They move together.
