CSG partners with IDgo to bring secure, document-free identity verification to your ITMs. Instead of showing a driver's license or other physical ID, customers confirm their identity on their own mobile device. It works within your existing ITM infrastructure and delivers faster transactions, stronger fraud protection, and a smoother experience for customers and members.
The CSG dispenser slot camera is a compact 2MP IP camera mounted inside the ATM or ITM to record the cash dispenser. It works with your existing video management system (VMS) and links each transaction to video, so your team can resolve disputes faster, balance terminals with confidence, and spot tampering at the point where cash leaves the machine.
For more than 20 years, the process for researching ATM disputes barely changed. Standard overview cameras often can't show what happens at the dispenser, because the customer's body or another obstruction blocks the view. We kept asking why no one offered a working VMS-integrated dispenser camera. So we built one. True to our "We Make It Happen" approach, our team found the most compact 2MP IP camera available and engineered a secure way to mount it inside the terminal.
