Our Locations Have A Story
The Cook Solutions Group Washington office was started in 2007 with two customers and three technicians (jack of all trades) in Auburn Washington. With the majestic picturesque Mount Rainier as the backdrop, General Manager Larry Sams tackled the Financial Institutions’ market that so badly needed an improvement not just in customer service but Service Level Agreements and technology. With the “We Make it happen” attitude Larry and the team won the loyalty and respect of more customers. In 2012 the Washington Team lead by then Daniel Smallwood moved into our much-anticipated larger new office and warehouse space where we currently reside in Kent, Washington where we continued to grow our staff and customer base. The office is now under the direction of General Manager Kari Havard. With over forty-one employees and growing, we continue to serve our customers in the financial and commercial industries. Ranging from ATM 1st and 2nd service line as well as ATM and ITM projects, Electronic and Physical Solutions Service as well as security projects. Cook Solutions Group strives to continuously seek the best in technology services and products to offer our customers.
