Hello CSG Hosted Server Customers,
We appreciate your trust in our hosted services, such as TellerNow!, Dashboard or Network Manager. We want to make sure you have a smooth and secure experience with them at all times. That’s why we’re letting you know that the CSG Wildcard Certificate for our hosted environment will expire on 4/10/2024.
This certificate is essential for creating a safe connection between your workstations and our servers. To avoid any service disruption or security issues, you need to install a new certificate on the workstations that run or access any of these applications. It’s a simple and quick process that you can do anytime between now and 4/10/2024. However, we recommend that you do it as soon as possible to prevent any last-minute problems.
Please note that
you need to leave the existing certificate in place and install the new one alongside it. This way, you will have both certificates available until the old one expires. If you delete or replace the old certificate before 4/10/2024, your ITM channel may not function properly and affect your customer/member service. We don’t want that to happen, so please follow these instructions carefully.
We’ll also send you friendly reminders about this certificate change at the following intervals; 15 days out, 10 days out 5 days out, and each of the last five days leading up to 4/10/2024. This way, you won’t miss the deadline and stay on top of things. If you have any questions or concerns, contact our
