Okay so Cove isn’t technically a brewery, but while in Olympia, WA, we were looking for a place to catch an NBA playoff game and a good IPA. Cove hit all points, plus some great salmon sliders! I went with the Matchless Brewing’s Be the Beer IPA. A delicious traditional West Coast IPA from a local brewery just a few miles away in Tumwater, WA. Cheers!
