How often does CSG perform video surveillance audits?

Under CSG's Premier Agreement, surveillance audits are performed at multiple intervals: daily automated outage logs review system health continuously, manual weekly camera and server audits catch performance issues before they become failures, and an annual preventive maintenance (PM) visit covers all hardware and labor. All hardware and labor is included in the Premier Agreement.
