Message from Craig Cook, Chief Experience Officer:
CSG is an amazing company filled with truly incredible individuals. Through growth, a pandemic, and industry changes, we have evolved. Change is inevitable and we embrace it, but there are certain basic values that will always make us great.
This might sound cliche, but CSG was built on relationships. From the very start the playbook was simple, do everything in our power to make our customer’s lives easier and provide the best service in the industry. We didn’t use the word experience; we just did what we thought was right. That mentality continues to be the recipe for our success.
The relationships that have grown from that approach have helped to fuel and guide our company. With the help of our customers, we have strived to stay ahead of the constantly changing game.
We have been described as industry disruptors; we are ok with that, in fact we embrace it. We are not afraid to challenge the status quo in our efforts to provide the best solutions possible. The feedback and collaboration with our partners are what help navigate our investment in technology and our constant quest to find better and more innovative ways.
Internally we have the same values. Our people drive change through their feedback and bright ideas. We often discuss the inputs that drive the outputs.
The processes that drive the CSG engine need to be constantly maintained and improved to find more efficient ways. These efficiencies are felt by our customers and employees in their overall experience.
Every company discusses their great culture. I have never experienced a culture like the one at CSG. It is real, it is organic, it is fun, and it is unique. There are countless events and programs that are focused on maintaining this as well as giving back to the community, but it is the bond and the mindset of our people that truly define CSG culture.
As I begin my new role at CSG, those are some the areas that I will be focusing on as we continue to drive change, lead the industry, and provide the very best customer and employee experiences.
