Yes. CSG's alarm systems are integrated with the DMP Virtual KeyPad (VKP) mobile app, giving authorized users the ability to arm, disarm, and monitor their alarm system from any mobile device — without needing to be on-site.
The DMP Virtual KeyPad app provides the same core functionality as a physical keypad: arming and disarming the system, reviewing alarm history, managing user codes, and receiving real-time alerts when the system triggers. For financial institutions with multiple locations, a security officer can check the status of every branch from a single device without making site visits or calling the monitoring center.
Mobile access also improves response time when alarms trigger outside of business hours. Rather than relying on a phone call from the monitoring center to reach the right person, authorized users receive immediate push notifications with alarm details.
