Why isn't my verbal alarm passcode working?
Verbal passcodes are a critical security layer for alarm accounts. If your passcode is incorrect, the monitoring center operator will ask you to confirm it —typically by spelling it out phonetically. After two failed attempts, the call ends for security reasons. Operators cannot confirm whether a code is wrong or provide hints. If you have lost your passcode, contact CSG support to reset it through the proper verification process.
