CSG provides full lifecycle TCR services including installation, brand conversion, and implementation for most major manufacturers, as well as ongoing RemoteView Managed Services for remote monitoring, security patching, encryption, and maintenance.
TCR services from CSG begin before the hardware arrives on site. CSG's Professional Services team works with the institution to plan the deployment, configure the machine for branch workflows, and ensure integration with existing cash management processes. For institutions replacing equipment from another manufacturer, CSG manages the transition to minimize disruption to branch operations.
Post-installation, CSG's RemoteView Managed Services platform provides continuous remote monitoring of TCR health and performance. Security patching, hard drive encryption, and software updates are applied remotely on a regular schedule, keeping the fleet in compliance without requiring internal IT resources.
