What are the system requirements for Conveyance?

None — CSG handles all hardware requirements for Conveyance. Your team does not need to provision or maintain any additional servers or infrastructure to support the Conveyance check imaging platform.

This is one of Conveyance's most significant operational advantages. Traditional check imaging solutions often require institutions to maintain dedicated on-premise servers, manage software updates, and coordinate with IT teams for hardware provisioning. Conveyance eliminates all of that by operating as a fully managed, serverless solution — CSG owns the infrastructure, and the institution uses the service.

From an implementation standpoint, the only requirement on the institution's side is the ATM or ITM hardware itself, which must be compatible with Conveyance. CSG supports most major manufacturers including NCR, Hyosung, and Diebold. Once compatibility is confirmed, CSG handles the full setup process including processor certification and integration testing. Ongoing maintenance, software updates, and infrastructure management are all handled by CSG's team.
