In 3 simple steps you have both EJ's and correlated videos at your fingertips.
- Log in to our centralized secure interface, Cook Command Center.
- Under our RemoteView Section you will see an ATM drop down click it and navigate to Electronic Journals section.
- From there you will have an extensive view where you have complete access to all your EJ information including Transaction Type, date/time, amount, PAN and sequence number.
You have the ability to expand each transaction and easily view receipt information, video and easily create a case with all this information if that is required.
